1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GENOSIS ("the Service"), operated at genosis.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GENOSIS is an AI-powered game asset generation platform that allows users to create characters, backgrounds, BGM, and sound effects using AI prompts. The Service is provided on a subscription and credit-based model.

3. Accounts

You must create an account using Google or GitHub OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Credits

Credits are allocated based on your plan and are used to generate assets. Unused credits reset according to your plan's reset period (daily for Free, monthly for paid plans). Credits have no monetary value and are non-transferable.

6. Intellectual Property

Assets generated through the Service are owned by you. However, the underlying AI models, platform code, and GENOSIS branding remain the property of GENOSIS. You may use generated assets for personal and commercial game development projects.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, abuse the API, or circumvent usage limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GENOSIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
