Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Upon cancellation, your paid plan features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since GENOSIS is a digital service with immediate access to AI generation credits, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged in error or experienced a billing issue
  • The Service was significantly unavailable during your billing period
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not used a significant portion of your credits

3. Non-Refundable

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Partially used billing periods after the 7-day window
  • Credits that have already been consumed
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (as results vary by prompt)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at jake.ppjk@gmail.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Payment Provider

All payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
